United Automobile Insurance Company is seeking an Insurance Fraud Investigator I (SIU) in a remote role based in Houston, TX. The investigator will conduct field and desk investigations into high-complexity auto claims, including staged accidents and questionable medical treatments.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish abilities, knowledge of CPT codes and medical terminology, and strong analytical and interviewing skills.

Competenze

• Bilingual in English and Spanish; strong communication skills.
• Experience with medical claims processing and fraud investigations helpful.
• Knowledge of CPT codes and medical terminology preferred.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree with 5 years related work experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Conduct field and desk investigations into high complexity auto claims.
• Gather evidence, interview insureds, claimants, providers, and witnesses.
• Prepare SIU investigative reports and coordinate with internal and external partners.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable insurance regulations.
