Job summary

WCG is seeking a Site Services Specialist to adapt and manage recruitment and retention services, focusing on delivery, process, and results. You will engage with study sites, propose solutions, and oversee Clinical Professionals deployed at research sites to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of services.

The role emphasizes strong communication with sponsor teams, site staff, and internal WCG colleagues worldwide, mostly via phone and email.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 2 years proven work experience in clinical research or similar role.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Remote work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and build relationships with research site staff to assess needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Assess site needs within recruitment and retention strategies.
• Train Clinical Professionals on SOPs, software, and study requirements; may interview and hire.
