Job summary

AssureSoft Corporation is seeking an experienced SRE/DevOps engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure across multi-tenant environments. You will own availability, latency, and capacity planning while optimizing deployment pipelines and incident response.

The role requires hands-on AWS or GCP experience, solid Linux networking skills, and proficiency in Python/Go/TS/Bash. Remote work is supported for this multinational team, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering supporting production cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP.
• Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Programming or scripting proficiency in Python, Go, TypeScript, or Bash.
• Experience with GitHub Actions, Argo Workflows, ArgoCD, OpenTofu, and Terragrunt.
• Experience with Prometheus and Grafana.
• Solid Linux/Unix administration and networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, and load balancing.
• Knowledge of cloud security best practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to pass drug screening and a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, multi-tenant cloud infrastructure using IaC principles.
• Own platform availability, latency, performance, and capacity planning.
• Develop and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting for cloud infrastructure, APIs, and IoT endpoints.
• Participate in the on-call rotation and lead incident mitigation and blameless post-mortems.
• Optimize and secure automated deployment pipelines.
• Define SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets with backend and hardware engineering teams.
• Produce technical documentation and promote knowledge sharing.
