Job summary

Team Housing Solutions is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee operations and personnel across remote and on-site assignments in the United States. You will coordinate subcontracted services, ensure safe, timely service delivery, and maintain records for finances, HR, and facilities.

The role demands strong leadership, budget management, and excellent communication with clients, staff, and vendors. Remote site experience is preferred, with flexibility to adapt to changing site demands.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in a management role.
• Experience with facility management and operations.
• Ability to obtain required security clearance.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in budget management and cost control.
• Familiar with OSHA, PREA, SAAPI and facility safety requirements.
• Experience with remote site operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage THS operations and personnel to meet client objectives.
• Coordinate subcontracted services to support client needs.
• Maintain records including SOPs, finances, HR, contractors, and cleaning documentation.
• Provide regular situation reports and site updates to THS leadership.
• Maintain inventory of site properties and vendor assets.
• Track site population, capacity, and future requirements with leadership.
• Ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily and perform periodic inspections.
• Maintain administrative records for site finance, HSE, and personnel management.
