Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of supply chain or warehouse/inventory experience.
• Experience prioritizing workload and scheduling effectively to meet deadlines.
• Previous inventory tracking software experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of staff at multiple small sites (up to 3 FTE per site).
• Ensure product quality, inventory levels, and staff interactions meet expectations.
• Address escalations and coordinate with management, sales and customers.
• Create inventory transfers and production orders to meet schedules.
• Monitor backorder reports and plan resources to minimize delays.
• Conduct site audits and annual physical inventories.
• Travel to new site locations within region to train staff.
