Job summary

Diversified Automation seeks a Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations at project locations, coordinating with Project Managers and Engineers and directing subcontractors from launch to completion.

You will communicate with customers on-site and ensure schedules stay on track, while maintaining accurate progress and cost reporting. Strong leadership and safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising construction sites.
• Ability to coordinate with project managers and subcontractors.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within US/CA.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

• Coordinate the activities of subcontractors to permit them to perform their work effectively and safely, as well as integrating it with project schedules and progress.
• Regularly communicate with our customer, including preparing progress reports and issuing updates to progress schedules.
• Keep all key stakeholders informed on job progress, plans, and problems that could significantly affect costs or schedules.

Position summary

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day operations at our project locations. Working closely with project managers, you will manage the day-to-day operation of the job site from launch through completion, directing and monitoring the progress of subcontractors while keeping the project on schedule. You will communicate with our team of Project Managers and Engineers, as well as with the customer’s on-site representative(s).
