Elligo Health Research, Inc. is seeking a Full-time Senior Site Financial Analyst to support the FMS group with revenue recognition, invoicing, accounts receivable, and site budgeting for clinical studies.

You will review contracts, prepare budgets, and collaborate with sponsors/ CROs. Proficiency in CTMS, NetSuite, and Microsoft Office is required, with strong communication and analytical skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science – Accounting, Finance or Business or equivalent experience.
• Experience as Site Accountant with clinical research experience preferred
• Knowledge of Site or job cost systems or reporting, company or departmental accounting, reconciliations, reimbursable tracking, budgeting, and analysis
• Knowledge of general accounting processes a plus
• Detail oriented in a fast-paced environment
• Works well with team
• Timeline/deadline tracking
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• CTMS (Clinical Trail Management System) experience a plus

Responsabilités

• Contracts: Understand the contract financial terms for each study, including MSA, Work Orders, and Amendments.
• Development and negotiation of site budgets under guidance of Senior Site Financial Analyst.
• Participate in hand-off meetings for new awards.
• Review budget and costs per CTMS; update contract amendments.
• Complete final reconciliation when site is complete.
• Revenue Recognition & Invoicing: support revenue recognition, site invoicing, pass-through expenses, and investigator payments.
• Prepare timely and accurate invoicing.
• Identify monthly journal entries for General Ledger.
• Audit site progress to verify billed revenue accuracy.
• Accounts Receivable: manage site accounts receivable and ensure timely payments.
• Track payment terms and invoicable items.
• Post monthly cash applications.
• Site account reconciliations; correct GL/CTMS as needed.
• Resolve invoicing issues with customers.
• Maintain audit-ready A/R files.
• Monthly Site Review Meetings: prepare reports and financial data.
• Review FMS reports for financial accuracy; track aging/unbilled balances.
• Take ownership of tasks with limited supervision.
• Assist others to resolve issues.
• Pass-Through Expenses: assist in direct labor expense distribution to sites and other direct costs.
• Track stipends issued by study; ensure proper allocation and invoicing.
• Reconcile Pass Through Revenue with expense accounts.
• Track PT costs against budget; ensure contractual compliance.
• Other Activities: learn CTMS and NetSuite for reporting and invoicing.
• Assist during month-end close; suggest process improvements.
• Maintain confidentiality; provide audit information as needed.
• Provide reports to Finance executives and managers.
