Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Site Contract Specialist/Contract Manager for sponsor-dedicated, US-only remote work. You will lead cross-country contract activities, negotiate investigator budgets, and ensure alignment with MSAs and country requirements, while coordinating with Legal and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Moderate contracts management experience in CRO/pharma.
• Knowledge of regulations, SOPs, and site requirements.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience managing site CDAs and SIFs.
• Ability to review site performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-country projects including negotiating contracts and budgets.
• Produce site-specific CTAs and budgets; review templates.
• Negotiate budgets with sites and Sponsor until resolution.
• Quality control and archiving of contracts and documents.
• Coordinate with protocol, informed consent, institution, and vendor agreements.
• Train and mentor staff on SOPs and maintain training materials.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Clinical Ops to resolve issues.
