Job summary

Syneos Health in the United States is seeking a Site Contract Specialist/Contract Manager to lead multi-country contract efforts for sponsor-delivered trials, negotiating CTAs and budgets with sites. You will manage templates, templates, and compliance while collaborating with Legal, SSU, and Finance.

The role requires strong negotiation and communication skills, plus experience in CRO/pharma site contracts, aiming to meet timelines under sponsor-driven responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a CRO or pharmaceutical environment with site contracts.
• Strong understanding of regulations, SOPs and project requirements.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage site performance metrics and confidentiality agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-country projects, negotiating contracts and budgets for clinical trials.
• Review and finalize site CTAs and investigator budgets with sponsors and sites.
• Coordinate with SSU, Legal, Finance and operations to ensure timely milestones.
• Maintain contract templates, budgets, and repositories; ensure metadata accuracy.
• Provide guidance and training to junior staff on SOPs and processes.
• Support business development activities and sponsor meetings as needed.
• Escalate issues and risks to department leadership with recommended solutions.
