Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Site Contract Specialist / Contract Manager to manage multi-country contracts and investigator budgets for sponsor-driven trials. This remote US-only role reports into the Clinical Solutions team and involves collaboration with Site Contract Service Center and Legal to harmonize master terms.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in site contracts within CROs or pharma, strong negotiation and communication skills, and familiarity with SSU tracking systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Extensive contracts management experience in CRO or pharmaceutical settings.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience with site contracts and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-country projects, negotiating contracts and budgets for industry-sponsored trials.
• Prepare and review site contracts from country templates and submit for review.
• Coordinate with Site Contract Service Center and Legal to finalize CTAs.
• Monitor contract milestones and maintain documentation repositories.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to SOPs and templates.
