Precision for Medicine is seeking a Site Contracts Manager to join our European Team. This remote position allows candidates from Poland, Slovakia, Spain, Serbia, Romania, or Hungary to apply. The role involves reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of legal agreements, including clinical study agreements. Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in contract negotiations within a CRO or healthcare setting, along with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements and Vendor Contracts.
• Experience in a CRO or healthcare field.
• Proven experience leading interactions with Study Teams and Sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft and negotiate various agreements including site contracts and vendor agreements.
• Work with key stakeholders to resolve contractual issues.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and contracting standards.
• Manage site contract metrics and assist in maintaining contract files.
