Job summary

Ergomed is seeking a Senior Specialist, Site Contracts to manage the site contracting process locally or across a region, drafting, negotiating, finalizing and executing clinical site agreements and amendments during study startup or maintenance.

You will support the Site Contract Lead as a regional SME, mentor junior staff, and may lead contracting activities on a study level, ensuring timely delivery and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in business, law or life sciences.
• 4+ years of experience negotiating CSAs and Investigator grants.
• Good knowledge of regulations, drug development and clinical project management.
• Understanding country requirements for Site Contracts in the Americas.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, finalize and execute clinical site agreements and amendments at country or regional level.
• Track progress of site contracting within Study Start Up or maintenance timelines.
• Escalate issues with contingency plans and communicate delays clearly.
• Collaborate with Site Contracts Lead, project management and clinical teams to achieve goals.
• Provide a predictable project delivery experience for study teams and sponsors.
• Act as a country/ regional Subject Matter Expert on CSA elements.
