Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Site Care Partner to serve as the primary client contact for investigative sites across US locations. You will oversee site start-up through activation, maintain strong investigator relationships, and support recruitment and operational success while safeguarding patient safety.

You will collaborate with country teams, provide local intelligence, and manage escalations related to study delivery. Travel up to 75% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Registered Nurse qualification required.
• 5+ years of experience as a site monitor, preferably in oncology.
• Strong knowledge of country/regulatory requirements for sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide input into site recommendations based on country/region understanding.
• Support start-up activities from PTA through activation and site readiness.
• Coordinate site initiation and activation items, ICD finalization, SIV and documentary collection.
• Maintain ongoing site communications to drive recruitment and data timelines.
• Manage site issues, vendor payments, contracts, and escalation with stakeholders.
