Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Site Care Partner to act as the face of the client at investigator sites, supporting start-up through activation and ongoing study delivery. The role requires coordinating with regulatory, study management and site staff to ensure quality, patient safety, and timely milestones.

Travel up to 75% is expected across US locations. Requirements include 5+ years as a site monitor with oncology experience, and a Bachelor’s or Nursing degree.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a site monitor, specifically Oncology monitoring.
• Demonstrated experience in start up through site activation and in conduct/closeout activities.
• Demonstrated knowledge of quality and regulatory requirements in applicable countries.

Responsibilities

• Act as operational point of contact for all site level questions and escalation.
• Review site monitoring reports and support ICD revisions or submissions.
• Coordinate with Site Activation Partner and other roles to ensure timely site activation and study delivery.
• Maintain regular communications with investigator sites to gather status updates and drive study goals.
• Oversee site deliverables to study targets, data cuts and database locks.
