Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Site Care Partner to oversee site-level support across the study lifecycle. You will act as the primary client contact for investigative sites, leading startup through activation, and ensuring ongoing site readiness and performance. Strong oncology experience and regulatory knowledge are essential.

This role requires significant travel (up to 75%), collaboration with study teams, and proactive site relationship management to safeguard patient safety and data quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a site monitor, oncology-focused.
• Experience in start-up through site activation and study closeout.
• Proficient with regulatory requirements for clinical trials.
• Strong communication with stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Act as operational point of contact for site questions and escalation.
• Coordinate start-up activities including PTA, ICD finalization, and SIV.
• Ensure site activation and FSFV readiness post PTA.
• Support site recruitment planning and delivery.
• Maintain regular communications with investigator sites and study teams.
• Collaborate with RA/CTRO/SAP to ensure regulatory and site readiness.
