Job summary

Parexel FSP is seeking a Site Activation Partner I to lead or support operational activities from start up to close out for assigned studies across sites. You will ensure regulatory compliance, manage IIP and regulatory submissions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet study timelines.

The role requires at least 2 years of startup experience and familiarity with US/Canada regulatory processes, with a potential transition to a full-time role after the 7-month temporary assignment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of start-up experience in clinical trials.
• Experience with US/Canada regulatory processes and sites.
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support site activation activities from start-up to close-out.
• Prepare and manage essential regulatory documents and submissions.
• Coordinate with investigators, ethics committees, and internal teams.
• Maintain TMF/documentation and ensure study timelines are met.
