Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Site Care Partner to act as a primary liaison for investigative sites across a study lifecycle, overseeing start-up, activation, recruitment, and quality assurance to protect patient safety and data integrity.

You will collaborate with CRA, study management and regulatory teams to optimize site performance, manage risks, and maintain strong relationships with site organizations globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• English language proficiency is required; local language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead site start-up, activation, and qualification activities.
• Coordinate with CRA and study teams to ensure FSFV readiness.
• Manage site performance, QA, and issue resolution across sites.
• Engage with regulatory authorities and vendors to support country/local activities.
