Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Site Activation Leader to oversee planning and execution of clinical trial site activation across multiple studies. The role is remote and requires coordinating with project management, site start-up teams, clinical operations, and investigators to ensure on-time initiation and quality of trials.

You will drive feasibility, site selection, regulatory activities, and document management while optimizing timelines and client communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in clinical research operations with site activation leadership.
• Proven experience leading site activation teams and processes.
• Knowledge of clinical trial start-up processes and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with clinical research sites and investigators.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead site activation planning and strategy for assigned studies through feasibility to activation.
• Develop and execute the study critical path plan and manage ethics committee/regulatory strategy.
• Monitor progress, identify delays, and lead cross-functional resolution of activation challenges.
• Serve as liaison among PM, site activation, and clinical operations leadership.
• Support business development with site activation expertise for proposals and bids.
• Standardize activation processes and drive continuous improvement and quality.
