Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Site Activation Leader to drive planning, feasibility through activation, and oversee site activation across multiple studies. This remote role requires coordinating with project management, clinical operations, and sites to ensure timely initiation of trials.

You will lead strategic planning, manage critical paths, ensure regulatory compliance, and support business development with activation expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in clinical research operations with site activation leadership.
• Proven experience leading site activation teams and processes.
• Knowledge of start-up processes and regulatory requirements in clinical research.
• Experience working with clinical research sites and investigators.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead site activation planning and strategy development for assigned studies.
• Develop and execute the study critical path plan and management of activation milestones.
• Monitor progress, identify delays/risks, and coordinate cross-functional resolution.
• Liaise among project management, site start-up teams, and clinical operations leadership.
• Manage client communications regarding timelines and deliverables.
• Support proposals with site activation expertise and drive process optimization.
