Job summary

ITC Service Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead the Site Acquisition process in the Seattle area. This is a full-time, remote role for the duration of the project, supporting contracts, leases, and entitlements for multiple sites.

The role requires negotiating multi-million dollar real estate transactions, collaborating with internal teams, and presenting summaries to senior management. Strong strategic and legal coordination with counsel is essential.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years’ experience in project management within site acquisition.
• Experience negotiating multi-million dollar real estate and infrastructure contracts.
• Ability to think strategically about business, markets, and technical challenges.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating financial analysis of deal structures.
• Strong negotiation abilities with legal review in coordination with counsel.

Responsibilities

• Manage the site acquisition process and coordinate contracts/leases for multiple sites.
• Negotiate real estate development transactions from strategy to legal close.
• Develop growth strategies for target markets and communicate with internal stakeholders.
• Prepare transaction summaries for senior management regarding costs, approvals, and benefits.
• Oversee multiple complex contract negotiations and secure permits, entitlements, and approvals.
• Liaise with landlords, property owners, developers, and utility coordinators.
• Ensure land use, contract review, and abstraction requirements are met.
