Job summary

Loenbro, LLC is seeking an SIP Estimator to join the Pre-construction team. You will develop detailed estimates for scaffolding, insulation, and coatings on complex industrial projects, interpreting specs, drawings, and contract documents to build accurate cost models.

The role emphasizes quantity takeoffs, labor/equipment analysis, subcontractor pricing, and risk assessment for projects up to $25M or higher depending on scope. This position is remote.

Qualifications

• Experience estimating scaffolding, insulation, and coatings for industrial projects.
• Ability to interpret coating/insulation specs, drawings, and contract documents.
• Familiarity with ROM pricing and risk analysis.

Responsibilities

• Estimate projects up to $25M with complex self-perform scopes.
• Perform quantity takeoffs for coatings, insulation, and scaffold volumes.
• Lead bid reviews and respond to RFIs throughout the bid process.
• Develop cost models and price proposals using estimating software.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and company standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for pricing.
