Ladders seeks a Single Use Technology Expert for the Boston area to join a leader in Pharmaceuticals & Biotech. This remote role drives growth in single-use technologies by partnering with sales, application specialists, and customers on strategic opportunities.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only; no visa sponsorship. Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually. You will work with cross-functional teams to expand market share and support major bioprocessing projects.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of process development or manufacturing support within biopharmaceuticals.
• Strong bioprocessing and single-use technology expertise.
• Innovative problem-solving ability in complex environments.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a range of stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and achieve account targets and market share objectives in collaboration with sales teams.
• Drive sales growth in single-use technology by pursuing new customer opportunities.
• Support and coach local sales teams and application professionals on related activities.
• Collaborate with customers on major projects alongside the integrated solutions department.
• Lead innovation initiatives in single-use technology and customer applications.
• Implement action plans to advance key account molecule pipelines.
