Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a Signal Integrity Engineer for a growing client in the semiconductor and electronics manufacturing industry in the United States. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Strong SI experience with SerDes, channel analysis, and high-speed digital systems.
• Experience reviewing test results, diagnosing issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
• Ability to travel internationally and collaborate with global teams across regions and time zones.
• Strong communication skills for remote work environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform signal integrity analysis, channel characterization, and troubleshooting for high-speed interfaces and SerDes-based systems.
• Review laboratory and production test data to identify performance issues and drive resolution.
• Partner with hardware, validation, and manufacturing teams to optimize system performance and ensure SI requirements are met.
• Develop recommendations and corrective actions to improve product reliability and quality.
• Collaborate with international factory teams across multiple time zones, including China-based groups.
