Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Principal Product Development Engineer in the Signal Integrity team to drive high-speed design, simulation, and validation for connector and cable products. You will model, simulate, test, and verify SI performance across products, collaborating with mechanical, manufacturing, and operations teams to deliver robust solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience in electrical design, RF design, or PCB design.
• Proficient with signal integrity analysis tools (Agilent ADS, Ansys HFSS, CST, or equivalent tools).
• A solid understanding of electromagnetic theory and electrical circuit behavior.
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret simulation and lab data to identify issues and provide solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead signal integrity design, simulation, and validation throughout product development cycles.
• Set performance requirements for new products and verify against standards.
• Provide actionable recommendations from simulations and reviews to guide design improvements.
