Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 4+ years IT support experience in Siebel.
• 7+ years of CRM experience with Siebel preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and team members to gather and define functional requirements and create functional design documents.
• Demo out-of-the-box Siebel modules to customers.
• Deliver high-quality work products: design documents, training guides, test scripts, reports.
• Manage deadlines and communicate status against project milestones.
• Escalate delays or issues to Bangkok teams or managers as needed.
• Read and understand technical documents; stay updated with CRM solutions.
