SMB Team is a rapidly-growing marketing agency and coaching business for lawyers, with 300% YoY growth. We seek a video editor who can craft short-form content for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts, leveraging AI tools to accelerate production while maintaining top quality.

A strong portfolio and fast turnaround are essential. You will edit, QA, and optimize content for multiple clients, balancing trends with brand guidelines and ensuring consistency across outputs.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience editing short-form social media video (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
• Hands-on experience using AI content generation and video creation tools in daily workflow.
• A portfolio showing fast-paced editing, strong hook strategies, dynamic captions, and creative AI integration.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form video fast: turn raw client AI Avatar footage into engaging Reels, Shorts, and TikToks on schedule.
• Use AI tools to speed up production: work with HeyGen, CapCut AI, ElevenLabs without sacrificing quality.
• Own the creative execution: keep video products fresh, high-quality, and consistent across clients.
• Stay ahead of trends: research platform algorithms, viral audio, and formats; apply to client content.
• Protect quality through QA: check brand alignment, audio balance, captions, and formatting.
• 1-3 years of experience editing short-form social media video.
• Hands-on experience using AI content generation and video creation tools in daily workflow.
• Portfolio showing fast-paced editing, strong hooks, and AI integration.
• AI tool proficiency: mastering modern AI video, audio, image, and text platforms.
• Social media and trend instincts: understanding short-form algorithms, pacing, hooks, retention.
