Job summary

Sezzle is seeking a Shopper Risk Operations Team Lead to oversee daily risk and fraud prevention within a fast-paced e‑commerce environment. You will manage the team, monitor performance, and drive improvements to reduce disputes and chargebacks while maintaining quality.

You will analyze trends, advise management, and ensure staffing levels meet tight deadlines. This role requires at least two years of managerial experience and a Bachelor’s degree, with English resumes only.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of management experience leading an operations team in e-commerce or banking (or similar).
• Bachelor’s degree in an accredited institution.
• Proficient in word processing and spreadsheets (Google Suite / Microsoft Office).
• Ability to safeguard PII and data confidentiality in documentation and systems.

Responsibilities

• Measure and track team performance and KPIs.
• Ensure adherence to processes and policies to meet metrics.
• Analyze data to alert management about fraud trends and disputes.
• Identify process improvements to raise productivity and chargeback win rates.
• Maintain staffing levels to meet deadlines for chargeback processing.
• Advise on staffing levels based on escalation volumes and complexity.
• Coach and mentor team members with development resources.
