Job summary

That Works Agency, a Shopify Premier Partner, is seeking an Ecommerce Account Manager to oversee a small portfolio of D2C brands. You will be the client’s primary contact, ensuring projects move on track and clients feel well supported.

You’ll collaborate with design, development and media teams to translate client goals into well-managed work, keeping stores performing smoothly and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be a natural people person with strong client relationships.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Clear, proactive communicator.
• Comfortable using Shopify for day-to-day tasks.
• Experience managing multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for a small portfolio of Shopify D2C brands.
• Build strong relationships and keep clients informed.
• Run regular check-ins and respond promptly to requests.
• Understand client goals and translate them into work.
• Own day-to-day delivery across accounts and keep work on track.
• Plan and prioritise tasks; balance reactive and proactive work.
• Write briefs for design and development teams and track progress.
• Coordinate updates to products, collections, pages, and store content.
• Ensure smooth operation across Shopify stores.
