Role Description

This is a full‑time remote position for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, and collaborating across teams to ensure success. Responsibilities include managing client expectations, evaluating project progress, developing strategies to increase client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling services to enhance client growth. Additionally, the Account Manager may ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship management skills, including communication, problem‑solving, and conflict resolution
• Experience in account management, client success, or customer support roles
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and coordinate project timelines
• An understanding of Shopify and ecommerce‑related tools or platforms is a plus
