Job summary

Diné Development Corporation (DDC) is seeking a SPO & SharePoint SE Tier II Support Technician to provide critical support, light admin tasks, and issue resolution for SharePoint Online and SE environments. The role targets a motivated junior technician ready to delve into legacy on-prem and modern cloud ecosystems under a solution-driven team.

Responsibilities include Tier II troubleshooting, basic user support, site/permission management, and SLAs management using ServiceNow, JIRA, or Remedy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant experience may be substituted.
• Minimum 5-7 years of combined experience in Help Desk support in SharePoint environments.
• Experience in military medical system or DoD environment is highly preferred.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance is preferred, or must be a U.S. Citizen able to obtain/maintain.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve Tier II issues related to SharePoint architecture, permissions, and related components.
• Research technical documentation, analyze logs, and replicate problems in test environments before escalation.
• Perform light administrative tasks like site URL changes and recovering deleted content.
• Provide basic troubleshooting for Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Manage help desk queues (ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy) within SLAs and document steps.
