Job summary

ITility is seeking an experienced SharePoint and Power Platform Solutions Developer to design, build, and enhance Microsoft 365 solutions that improve collaboration, document management, workflow automation, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SharePoint Online, Power Automate, and Power BI, translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions. The role is a temporary 6-month effort, available for W2 or 1099.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience designing and implementing SharePoint Online solutions.
Hands-on experience developing workflows using Power Automate.
Strong experience creating Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
Expertise in SharePoint Online architecture, document libraries, content types, metadata, permissions, and search.
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
Strong understanding of information architecture, document governance, and records management principles.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain modern SharePoint Online sites, pages, hubs, lists, and document libraries.
Create information architecture, metadata strategies, content types, taxonomy structures, and navigation frameworks.
Configure document management capabilities including version control, approvals, retention settings, search optimization, and permissions.
Establish governance standards, naming conventions, and content management practices.
Develop and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate and integrate with Teams, Outlook, Forms, Planner, Excel.
Design and develop Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and reports; ensure data quality and reconciliation.
