Job summary

BigHat Biosciences is seeking an experienced SharePoint Development Consultant to design and configure SharePoint-based program management infrastructure. This remote, project-based contract role collaborates with Operations and Program Management to build document control workflows and automate processes for drug development.

In this role you will design landing pages, configure workflows in Power Automate, provide site administration, and lead knowledge transfer to internal stakeholders once

Qualifications

• Experience designing and building SharePoint sites in biotech, pharma, or regulated health sciences environment.
• Proficiency configuring Power Automate workflows within SharePoint.
• Hands-on experience with document control systems and IND authoring pipelines.
• Working knowledge of SharePoint access controls and compliance-aware configuration.
• Experience in clinical or drug development operations strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and build SharePoint program management landing pages for documentation and risk communications
• Configure document control workflows using SharePoint and Power Automate for regulatory submissions
• Provide SharePoint site administration support and lead knowledge transfer to internal stakeholders upon project completion
