Job summary

CRM Force is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Business Analyst / System Admin for a 6‑month, 40‑hour week contract. This remote US role requires experience scoping SFMC projects, Salesforce data model expertise, and SFMC admin capabilities to set up Business Units and data extensions.

You will gather requirements, write user stories, and build an implementation plan in collaboration with developers. Strong communication is essential to align marketing, clinical, and operations stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst on technology or marketing-technology projects.

Responsibilities

• Review existing business documentation, process maps, reports and data definitions to understand how prospects become patients today.
• Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops with business users to capture goals, pain points, and requirements across the patient lifecycle.
• Write clear user stories with acceptance criteria, and maintain a prioritized backlog.
• Work with the Marketing Cloud Developer to translate requirements into technical scope, confirm feasibility, and gather effort estimates.
• Build the implementation plan and timeline, including phases, dependencies, risks, and resource needs; keep it current as scope changes.
• Document current-state and future-state processes and data flows, including differences in naming conventions and business processes across source systems.
• Define reporting and conversion metrics with stakeholders, and help validate that delivered work meets them.
• Facilitate backlog refinement, status updates, UAT, and change management; communicate progress, risks and decisions to leadership.
• Support the license and roadmap review by capturing the business problems that candidate features would solve.
