Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a digital communications professional to develop content and manage SFMC-based campaigns for member engagement. You will project-manage cross-functional calendars and ensure timely deployment of communications across email and SMS.

Requires 4+ years in SFMC, HTML, SQL AMPscript, and strong analytical, troubleshooting, and PM skills. 90% remote with 10% travel for meetings/trainings; Bachelor's in related field; salary range $70,100 to $126,200 yearly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar automation system experience.
• Knowledge of HTML and modern programming language.
• AMPscript preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop digital content by writing engaging content for email, text, and other needed digital communication.
• Create graphic design in a communication platform by determining the layout, imagery and icons to build engaging communication.
• Develop Web Content and functionality for CTAs to ensure communication is connecting to the correct location and driving traffic to needed detail.
• Analyze all metrics to understand the effectiveness of communication. Test and learn to ensure we are being impactful in our space.
• Measure communication performance by developing and analyzing reports to show the impact of communications to leadership and providing recommendations for areas of improvements.
• Manage technical issues with the platform, build automated journeys.
• Perform communication tests to build a variety of paths for engagement to determine the most impactful path.
• Project manage the cross functional communication calendar ensuring orchestration with communication and managing tactic deployments to reduce overlap while ensuring are met.
