Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience merchandising within Salesforce Commerce Cloud (formerly Demandware).
• Strong familiarity with SFCC Business Manager, catalogs, promotions, and search merchandising tools.
• Solid understanding of online merchandising principles, customer journeys, and conversion optimization.
• Ability to interpret data and make informed merchandising decisions.
• High attention to detail in managing product data and site content.
• Strong collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage product merchandising within Salesforce Commerce Cloud, including categorization, sorting, and search optimization.
• Execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal updates across the site.
• Optimize product listings, content, and on-site search to improve conversion rates and customer experience.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align merchandising strategies with campaigns and promotions.
• Analyze site performance metrics and user behavior to inform merchandising decisions.
• Maintain product data accuracy, ensuring pricing, inventory, and content are up-to-date.
• Partner with developers and QA teams to test and validate merchandising changes and site updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve navigation, product discovery, and overall site usability.
• Support A/B testing and personalization initiatives within SFCC
