Job summary

Fresh Prints LLC, an NYC-based custom apparel company, is hiring a Sewing Pattern Maker for remote work. You will translate designs and technical specs into production-ready sewing patterns, manage grading, and collaborate with manufacturers to ensure fit and construction accuracy.

The role reports to the Sourcing Manager and involves close coordination with Design and Ops teams, plus overseas partners. Strong pattern development and CAD software skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in garment pattern making, Apparel manufacturing preferred.
• Strong construction, measurements, grading, and pattern development.
• Production-ready patterns for sewn garments.
• Ability to work with various fabrics and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop production-ready sewing patterns from specs, measurements, and samples.
• Create and maintain grading across size ranges for consistency.
• Adjust patterns based on fitting results and construction issues.
• Collaborate with teams and overseas manufacturers to solve issues.
• Maintain pattern files, revisions, and technical documentation.
