Zusammenfassung

Fresh Prints, a NYC-based custom apparel company, seeks a Sewing Pattern Maker for remote support across our supplier network. This Philippines-based role translates designs into production-ready patterns and ensures fit and construction across sizes.

You will report to the Sourcing Manager and collaborate with Design and Ops teams as well as overseas manufacturers to troubleshoot patterns, maintain accurate files, and drive scalable garment production.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in garment pattern making, ideally in apparel manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of construction, fitting, grading, and pattern development.
• Experience producing production-ready patterns for sewn garments.
• Proficiency with CAD pattern software and digital grading.
• Ability to interpret packs, specs, sketches and samples.
• Experience with pattern testing, sampling, and fit across sizes.
• Experience with women's streetwear is a plus.

• Develop production-ready sewing patterns from specs and samples.
