Job summary

NQX Philippines is seeking a ServiceNow UI Builder Developer experienced in creating responsive pages, workspaces, and dashboards. You will design configurable workspaces like CSM and FSM, integrate with backend data resources, and extend interfaces with custom components using the Now Experience CLI.

Remote position with flexible schedule and a focus on delivering upgrade-safe, accessible interfaces across ServiceNow solutions. Prior CAD/CSA certification and UI Builder badges are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow UI Builder to create pages, workspaces, portals, and dashboards.
• Deep understanding of Now Experience Framework architecture, data binding, and event handling.
• Experience building configurable workspaces and integration with backend resources.
• Ability to use the Now Experience CLI to deploy and manage custom web components.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure UI Builder pages, workspaces, and dashboards for responsive experiences.
• Develop workspaces (CSM, FSM) to support user journeys within ServiceNow.
• Integrate UI Builder with ServiceNow data resources, transform utilities, and REST services.
• Create and deploy custom web components using the Now Experience CLI.
