Job summary

Brooksource seeks an experienced ServiceNow SPO Architect for a remote, global engagement. You will own the design and delivery of Source-to-Pay solutions, guiding architecture, data models, and integration strategies across Oracle and other enterprise systems.

You will lead workshops, ensure security and compliance, and work with stakeholders to align IT delivery with business objectives. Strong consulting and ERP integration experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ServiceNow platform experience.
• Experience architecting ServiceNow SPO solutions.
• Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, supplier lifecycle management, and purchasing processes.
• Experience designing enterprise integrations using APIs and middleware platforms.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder engagement experience.
• ServiceNow SPO badge/certification (preferred).
• Experience supporting large-scale global deployments (preferred).
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Oracle Cloud, SAP, or other ERP environments (preferred).
• Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist credentials (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Design and architect enterprise-level ServiceNow SPO solutions.
• Lead solution workshops and requirements discussions with business and technical stakeholders.
• Define platform architecture, integration strategies, data models, and security considerations.
• Provide guidance on sourcing, procurement, supplier governance, and contract management processes.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure architectural standards are maintained.
• Support integrations with Oracle and other enterprise applications.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and project goals.
• Advise on ServiceNow SPO platform enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements in solution design.
