Job summary

Brooksource is seeking a remote Business Process Consultant (BPC) / Source-to-Pay Functional Lead for a Fortune 100 client. You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to optimize Source-to-Pay processes, drive requirements, and ensure successful adoption of ServiceNow SPO across global operations.

You will lead workshops, define future-state workflows, and advise on best practices while supporting testing, training, and change management.

Qualifications

5+ years of procurement or Source-to-Pay transformations experience.
Experience as a Functional Lead, Business Process Consultant, Product Owner, or Process Consultant on ServiceNow implementations is preferred.
Strong understanding of procurement operations, sourcing events, supplier onboarding, contracts, and purchasing workflows.
Experience facilitating workshops with executive and operational stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery workshops and business process review sessions with stakeholders.
Gather, document, and validate requirements for Source-to-Pay processes.
Design future-state procurement and Source-to-Pay workflows.
Translate requirements into functional specs and user stories.
Advise on ServiceNow SPO capabilities and best practices.
Support testing, training, and change management activities.
Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and standardization across global operations.
