Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Transformation Manager to lead delivery and client engagement across HRSD initiatives. You will drive workstreams, mentor a diverse team, and contribute to strategic roadmaps while advancing AI-enabled HRSD capabilities.

You will collaborate with clients in a highly dynamic environment, travel as needed, and deliver value through innovative solutions and rigorous program governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 4–6 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification; at least one HR Service Delivery cert.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Willingness to travel within the US.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow HRSD transformation workstreams from planning through closure.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5-10+ resources including offshore staff.
• Build and foster client relationships and demonstrate EY service value.
• Deliver high-quality project artifacts and deliverables.
