Job summary

Stridepath Consulting is actively looking for an Experience Design Consultant to enhance ServiceNow employee experiences. In this remote role, you'll design user journeys and facilitate workshops while mentoring team members. Candidates should possess over 5 years of ServiceNow experience, strong communication skills, and the capability to manage content strategies. This position involves up to 15% travel. Qualifications

• 5+ years experience designing or configuring portals within ServiceNow.
• 2+ years of experience managing knowledge bases or content strategy.
• Ability to translate client requirements into clear acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead design workshops and guide customers through the project lifecycle.
• Identify implementation considerations to deliver the ideal employee experience.
• Deliver demonstrations of the Employee Center Portal to support project efforts.
