Soft Tech Consulting is seeking a ServiceNow Engineer for a remote, short-term project (7+ months) in the Washington D.C. area. The role requires U.S. citizenship and eligibility for Public Trust clearance. Candidates will develop and enhance ServiceNow solutions across the organization.

Key responsibilities include customizing applications, managing modules, and creating integrations. Ideal candidates should have 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, and APIs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow security models and user/group administration.
• Experience with API development and Custom Applications in ServiceNow.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Manage modules such as ITSM, CSM, and Service Catalog.
• Create integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Design portal views with AngularJS and Bootstrap.
• Support existing applications and troubleshoot issues.
• Develop reports and analytics for performance tracking.
