Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a ServiceNow Engineer (IT Governance) to design, develop and support scalable ServiceNow solutions that enable disciplined IT governance across the enterprise.

You will partner with IT Governance leadership and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into durable capabilities spanning ITSM, CMDB, and asset management, while ensuring secure, well-documented, and release-ready platform solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience in an enterprise environment.
• Experience across ITSM capabilities and CMDB/HAM/SAM modules.
• Experience integrating external systems (e.g., Jira, PagerDuty, Axonius).
• Experience with platform operations, upgrades, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions across IT governance-related capabilities.
• Own technical delivery end-to-end: requirements, design, scripting, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Build automation to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
• Support CMDB health and data quality and enable HAM/SAM workflows.
• Design integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using APIs and patterns.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, perform root-cause analysis, and support upgrades.
