Job summary

COLSA Corporation is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support the NASA Transformational Shared Services contract for the NASA Shared Services Center at Stennis Space Center, MS. This fully remote role is open to candidates residing in the United States, excluding several states.

You will develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow solutions, collaborate with customers to automate business processes, and ensure compliance with standards. Strong scripting and ITSM knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of overall information technology experience.
• 1 year of experience developing ServiceNow workflows and scripting.
• 1 year of experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM/HRSD/ITFM/ITBM/SAM).
• Knowledge of IT software development methodologies and scripting languages.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and clear background for NASA Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Recommend solutions to automate new and existing business processes using ServiceNow.
• Activate and configure ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.
• Develop workflows and scripts to configure and enhance existing ServiceNow applications.
• Develop custom ServiceNow applications from design to implementation.
• Collaborate with customers to design, develop, and deliver solutions that improve processes.
• Identify and apply best practices for ServiceNow development and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot issues across software, integrations, and platforms.
• Support deployment planning and ensure compliance standards.
