Job summary

PACCAR Inc is seeking a Service Training School Program Manager 1 to support the U.S. and Canadian Kenworth dealer network by developing a pipeline of diesel and technical school graduates who have completed Kenworth Essentials training. This remote role requires up to 50% travel across North America, with a Midwest location preferred.

You will partner with technical schools and dealers to expand participation, coordinate training data, and drive program outcomes across the Kenworth network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; equivalent professional experience may be substituted.
• 7+ years of technical school instruction or related training experience.
• Experience growing and managing large programs.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with PACCAR MX engines and dealer service a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Industry knowledge of heavy-duty trucks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop partnerships to implement training programs for recruiting and retention.
• Work with technical schools to increase participation and completion in Kenworth Essentials.
• Collaborate with dealers to support program development and events.
• Coordinate database management and training access via the BCA training website.
• Analyze data to identify trends and set goals for program improvement.
