Job summary

GE HealthCare seeks a Contract Administrator/Manager to oversee pre- and post-contract administration, risk modeling, and claims management. The role supports tendering and project reviews, with authority to modify procedures to meet quality, volume, and timeliness standards.

The position is remote, based in OH, with relocation offered. The incumbent will lead contract-related activities, collaborate across teams, and drive improvements in service delivery and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of related work experience in the healthcare field).

• Must comply with GE HealthCare's standard background check, including post-offer drug test, immunization proof, and potential additional background checks.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts.
• Provide service agreement and time and material program management.
• Assist in sales campaigns for new contracts and proposals.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and satisfaction for assigned contracts.
• Interact with customer service, parts & transactional services, field service and other teams.
• Act as liaison between internal organizations and customers for assigned contracts.
• May lead small projects and develop talent within the team.
