Job summary

Slate is seeking a Service Parts Catalog Specialist to own attribution and data quality for catalog entries. You will receive handoffs from service parts engineering and ensure attributes are accurate, applying AutoCare PIES naming standards for essential fields.

You will gate publications, manage obsolescence and interchange relationships, and collaborate with engineering, service, and supply chain to maintain clean, reliable catalog data for customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant automotive parts data management experience.
• Knowledge of AutoCare PIES standards and data segment elements.
• Hands-on experience with PIM systems (Akeneo, Salsify, Informatica, Stibo STEP).
• Proficient in Excel and data manipulation for bulk validation and reporting.
• Excellent written communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive handoffs from engineering and perform final attribution and implementation.
• Audit part records for completeness and accuracy against attribution standards.
• Apply AutoCare PIES standards to all service part records independently.
• Publish, update, or remove catalog parts with proper timing and audit trail.
• Monitor catalog health metrics and report on cadence.
