This full-time, remote-friendly role requires 2+ years of repair experience, a valid state license, and strong communication to ensure customer satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience performing technical repairs, troubleshooting equipment, and resolving mechanical or residential service issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong customer-facing abilities.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical, plumbing, and product-related issues and plan repairs.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned service workload, contact customers, schedule service appointments, and plan efficient routes.
• Document completed work, findings, parts used, and follow-up needs.
• Service, troubleshoot, and repair walk-in tubs and related products in customers' homes.
• Diagnose issues and determine appropriate repair with customer communication.
• Maintain vehicle inventory and coordinate return of parts per procedures.
