Job summary

Terrestris Global Solutions is seeking a Service Desk Technician II to provide advanced IT Technology Services for the Central UNICOR office in Washington, D.C. This remote/hybrid position requires candidates to manage user accounts and troubleshoot systems while ensuring compliance with security requirements.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of IT Help Desk experience and must be authorized to work in the United States. We provide great benefits including health and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of (4) years of IT Help Desk experience, including Administration and User Support.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Service Desk support by resolving workstation issues.
• Manage user accounts and provide Help Desk Administration through Service Desk.
• Troubleshoot workstations, hardware, software, and peripherals.
